Dinner at Birds Café we shared a tower of Beer battered onion rings with 3 dipping sauces.

Happy Humpday!
I can't believe it is Wednesday already? This week is flying by and I am very happy because I have 2 days off Sunday for a very special Father's Day Movie Interruption in the afternoon and Monday I was suppose to have my yearly exam but they called and cancelled the Dr is going to be gone a few days so I rescheduled for Monday August 19th. I had to change my lab appointment also. I always make it 2 hours after the Dr's appointment so I can get it all done in one shot. So now I have a whole free day on Monday!

Oh my, I could just taste those onion rings. I usually order them in place of fries when I feel like cheating. LOL! Glad you will have a whole free day on Monday.. You work too hard and too many hours. Hugs my friend.

I agree with the rest and love onion rings! Onions are healthy too! We had some really good fajitas the other day with chicken, beef and shrimp the onions were really great too. Can't handle bell peppers. Enjoy our great weather. Heard a big storm is hitting the mid west. Hugs
